You need to pay a deposit of 35% of the amount of this expedition when booking it. As soon as you send this form, we will contact you, for more details to pay this deposit. An amount of 10% of the total sum will not be refundable if you decide to cancel your reservation.

• You can book through the form included at each expedition page

Payment:

Payments can be made by banking (internet) and International Money Transfer. IBAN: NL05ABNA0598104798 BIC: ABNANL2A.
A PayPal account is available, at additional costs of a 5% to the amount paid.

• No personal checks are accepted.
• Bounced checks will incur a €25 charge.
• Prices are based on a double room. A single room can mostly be booked at a + price. (see expedition price details for that) If no room mate is available the single supplement will be charged.
• All prices are offered in US dollars. Please note that final costs may be raised by us due to currency fluctuations.

Cancellations:

The Deposit is refundable in full if cancellation is received at least 91 days prior to the start of the expedition. Exceptions apply in case our contractors require a non-refundable deposit, in which case that amount will be deducted from refund.

• From 90 days to 61 days prior to start date, a cancellation fee of 25% will be retained.
• From 60 days to 31 days prior to start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of cost will be retained.
• From 30 days to 15 days prior to the start date, a cancellation fee of 75% of cost will be retained.
• From 14 days or less prior to the start date, you will forfeit all fees and no refund will be due.

Lightvoyager-Photoexpeditions:

• We reserve the right to cancel an expedition up to 2 months before departure if the minimum group size is not reached. Also, the price of the expedition maybe raised based on the smaller group.
• An increase in the price due to situations beyond our control shall not be sufficient grounds for any refund already paid for the expedition nor is it accepted as a reason for cancellation. (see also currency fluctuations).
• If a tour is cancelled by Lightvoyager-Photoexpedtions, all payments received by Lightvoyager-Photoexpedtions will be refunded.
• Lightvoyager-Photoexpedtions is not responsible for any expenses made by participants in preparing for the tour, nor any other related costs like penalties or fees in case of cancellation.
• In the rare cases that an expedition has to be cancelled due to medical or other reasons of one of the leaders we reserve the right to provide a substitute for the trip. This is no reason to cancel your booking.
